The information provided represents the current situation in regard to the health, robustness and distribution of the Newfoundland Pony population. Reports on the current population and birth rate are prepared annually. The updated report on stallions was prepared based on March 2007 data to track the remaining stallions and stallion lines in Newfoundland and Labrador because they are on the decline.
